Our Values

We want every student to be successful and firmly believe that if every student follows our three core values they will go on to achieve great things. We also ask that staff follow our core values so that we can ensure that these are upheld by everybody in the school day in and day out.

Kind

Being kind should be a given and is a must at Lift Kingsley. We ask that everybody is kind to one another to promote a positive, warm, welcoming and supportive environment in which everybody can thrive.

Courageous

Having courage means that everybody will aim for the best that they can possibly be. We want staff and students to be aspirational for themselves and each other, setting goals that will change lives

Curious

There is always more that we can learn and we want every student to want to learn every day. We want students to explore new things, be inquisitive, ask lots of questions and always want to know more

We believe firmly in the transformative power of education, to achieve social justice for all and to inspire our students to find their remarkable and go on to live fulfilling and remarkable lives. In order to achieve our ambition, we live by our academy 'DNA' or values, which permeate all that we do. They are:
