Dear Year 6,
I am Ms Fourie, a very proud Key Stage 3 Lead Practitioner at Lift Kingsley and I am responsible for year 6 transition and I am thrilled that you will be joining us next year.
Starting secondary school can be incredibly exciting and also daunting, especially during the uncertain times we find ourselves in. I would like to take this opportunity to reassure you that we will be in regular contact with letters, videos and messages from current students who will offer their advice. We are also hopeful that we will be able to hold our headstart day in the summer term, giving you an opportunity to meet your tutor, head of year and make lots of friends!
